Mindful Restorative Yoga Retreat
The aim of this mindful restorative retreat is to offer participant a means to pause and nature them self through calming breath work and gentle stretches. The mindful incorporation of gentle exercise and breathing brings us into a present state in a relaxed and nurturing manner offering a state of calm and overall wellbeing. Taking a regular pause to work on our mind-body connection will allow us maintain wellbeing and balance as we juggle our everyday lives. It’s vital to insure we are operating at an optimised physical, emotional and mental state and boost our ability to avoid becoming run down overall which may trigger ill health, restlessness and chaos.
The Mindfulness corner @OneHourForMe hosts monthly pop up restorative Yoga retreats every 3rd Friday evening from 7pm to 8h30pm. Places are limited and pre-booking and payment are required to insure your place is secured.
