Nearly everybody suffers with poor posture due to weak intrinsic muscles that lead to muscular imbalances in the body, and lack of mobility leading to injury and constant pain.

Learn to have a body/mind/spirit approach to movement by practising the principles of pilates such as centring, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow. About the instructor, Caoimhe
Caoimhe comes from a background of health and fitness and understands the importance of maintaining a healthy body throughout life. Caoimhe studied at the ‘National Training Centre Ireland’ and has attended workshops by the famous Micheal King. She says that she is very lucky to have the chance to help and even change peoples life’s through movement.
