Tai Chi Classes
Tai chi and Qi Gong are gentle but powerful movements that help to improve our health and well being. The class is open to people of all ages and physical ability.
The movements are designed to work with all individuals to help open their physical and energetic bodies. During this class we will explore the Tai Chi short form, Yang style, as well as Qi Gong movements with some Daoist yoga stretches and meditation.
The intention is to work with ourselves to improve our personal health. Tai Chi and Qi Gong will give you a unique opportunity to practice exercises that will benefit your whole being.
