Online Classes

During these extraordinary times, self-care has become more important to all of us than ever before, taking a micro-break to unload the mind, body & spirit can make the difference in our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. At One Hour For Me we are proud that our instructors have come running to meet this challenge and offer a variety of different classes that can meet any and all needs. These courses are suitable for all levels and are offered both live and from a recorded session, if a time slot doesn’t suit. All you need is access to a quiet space (bedroom is perfect) for the duration with a few props like blanket/chair/mat depending on the class.
