The aim of these courses and retreats is to offer specific supports that need our attention as we all traverse these unprecedented times of added worry, anxiety, and distress. These courses are suitable for all levels and will vary in length. All you need is access to a quiet space (bedroom is perfect) for the duration with a few props like blanket/chair/mat depending on the course.
