The One Hour For Me is a dedicated “Lifestyle Medicine & Mental Health” centre located in Ashbourne Co. Meath. Established in the field of mental health and benefiting from its professional reputation receiving regular referral from professional services such as GP’s throughout its large catchment area. It offers its peers, collaborators and patients a safe and professional space.

A dedicated bright and beautiful centre with lots of free parking, close proximity to all major routes such as the M50, M1, M2, & M3 and city centre bus links. Spacious one to one treatment rooms, large and small group rooms with reasonable hourly room rental rates and flexible bookings, entry incentives and block booking options.
