What to Expect
This self-care course will explore means to living consciously in the moment rather than auto pilot through exploring different tools & micro practice to help form mindful and relaxation routine as part of our daily life.
This will help you to stay centered within all of the experiences in your daily life especially during challenges and stresses.
With practice, you will develop an ability to not respond to every day stress, to reflect and to make choices that will enable you to become more centered, emotionally grounded and balanced.

About Nikki Fitzpatrick
Nikki is founding creator of “My Zen Pod” bespoke relaxation sessions forming a blend of Occupational Therapy, Occupational Science and Ergonomics with Meditation and Mindfulness, for individuals, groups and organisations. Nikki is a mother of three who has worked in the area of Integrated Healthcare for over 20 years. She has worked as an Occupational Therapist, a Homeopath, a Counselor with British Airways cabin crew and a teacher of Meditation. She is knowledgeable in the field of health and preventative healthcare both in alternative and conventional medicine.
Recently she has developed and piloted lifestyle programmes for the HSE. Her passion is to develop awareness for her clients of the body/mind connection and how powerful our mind can be. She has witnessed the power of using mindfulness/relaxation in her daily life, and would love to inspire and support others to develop similar practices.
Courses must be booked with relevant fee paid in advance to secure a place unless otherwise stated. A security deposit refund (less a 5% administration fee) will only be issued where 48 hour’s notice via email has been given.
